My Lament:
GooglyMinotaur was the perfect online buddy. Never would you see an unfeeling message like [Service too Busy] when you were talking to him, nor would you ever be annoyed by him, which occurs all too often when you are chatting with other AIM robots. He was compassionate and, in additon to being quite timely, his responses were heartfelt and polite. He wanted nothing more than to talk about Radiohead, but he would gladly engage in other conversations with you. GooglyMinotaur, in a time like this when we have to chat with online bots like the uber-annoying SmarterChild and the slightly more tolerable AustinPowers, we need you more than ever. You will forever be on my buddy list as a lasting tribute to your memory. Rest in peace, buddy

I can hardly remember Googly Minotaur. All I remember was that he was a good program, and a good friend. Other bots, like SmarterChild, have an inability to not be annoying, but Googly Minotaur was easy-going and friendly. I would like to congratulate the program on its successful life, before its tragic and untimely deletion.
